Polish qualified patent attorney, Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court for Domain Names at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Lecturer in the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Member of ATRIP (International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property). Scholarship holder at the Max-Planck-Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich (2007), Visiting professor at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law (2012), University of Catania, Faculty of Law (2023), Tongji University, SICIP – Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (2023).
He specializes in intellectual property law and civil law. Author of numerous publications in these areas. Editor and contributor to the commentary “Prawo własności przemysłowej. Komentarz” ["Industrial property law. Commentary"], vol. VIII A and VIII B, of the series “Komentarze Prawa Prywatnego” ["Private Law Commentaries"] (C.H. Beck [2021-2022]). Contributor to the commentary to the Polish Civil Code, (edited by K. Osajda, C.H. Beck, [2013 and 2017]). Co-author of the textbook on industrial property law (P. Kostański, Ł. Żelechowski, Prawo własności przemysłowej, C.H. Beck, 1st ed. [2014], 2nd ed. [2020]).
